Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Setup Fee

  • The setup fee is non-refundable once your website build has started. We begin work within 3 business days of payment.
  • The setup fee is refundable in full if we have not started your build within 3 business days of payment.
  • To request a pre-build refund: email luke@sitesmithai.com within 3 business days of payment with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

2. Monthly Subscription

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
  • Email: luke@sitesmithai.com with subject: "Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]"
  • Service continues for the full 30 days after we receive your cancellation email.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.

3. Month-to-Month, No Contracts

SiteSmith AI is month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no penalties, and no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. We earn your business every month.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount within 5 business days of the error being identified. Contact us at luke@sitesmithai.com immediately if you believe a billing error has occurred.

5. Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Email luke@sitesmithai.com and we will respond within 1 business day. Stripe disputes (chargebacks) should be a last resort and may result in service suspension pending resolution.
