1. Overview

SiteSmith AI, a DBA of Alexzander Enterprises LLC ("SiteSmith," "we," "us"), builds and operates done-for-you outbound systems for B2B service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and answers you share when you book a call, fill out a form, or sign up for our services.
  • Business contact information for outreach: names, job titles, company names, business email addresses, and business phone numbers gathered from public websites, business directories, and commercial data providers.
  • Replies and messages: the content of emails and texts people send in response to outreach, including outreach we run for our clients.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Website usage: pages visited and similar analytics collected with Google Analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver, operate, and improve our services
  • To run outreach for SiteSmith and, on their instructions, for our clients
  • To sort and route replies so interested people reach the right person quickly
  • To schedule calls, send service updates, and handle billing
  • To comply with law, including honoring opt-out requests

We do not sell personal information.

4. Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
  • Google (Analytics, Workspace email, and calendar booking)
  • GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, and messaging)
  • Instantly (email sending and warm-up)
  • Anthropic (AI classification and drafting of replies)
  • Lead data and verification providers (for example AnyMailFinder, Reoon, and Searchbug)

5. Opting Out of Our Outreach

If you receive an email from us or from a campaign we run, you can reply "unsubscribe," use the unsubscribe link, or email chase@sitesmithai.com. We add you to our suppression list within 10 business days and keep you there so you are not contacted again.

6. Outreach We Run for Clients

When we run outreach for a client, that client decides who is contacted and what is offered, and is the sender of record. We process that information on the client's behalf. Opt-out requests are honored by both the client and SiteSmith.

7. Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, and for up to 2 years after an engagement ends, unless the law requires longer. Suppression and opt-out records are kept indefinitely so that people who opted out are never contacted again.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing chase@sitesmithai.com. We respond within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we can keep honoring it.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number or text us, SiteSmith may send you text messages about scheduling calls and the services you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with service providers that help us deliver messages is used only to provide that service.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
