Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: The setup fee is refundable in full until we buy your domains or start your build, and nonrefundable after that. Service is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days written notice. Months already paid are not refunded.

1. Setup Fee

  • The setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel before we purchase sending domains or start building your system.
  • Once we purchase domains or start the build, the setup fee is nonrefundable, because that work and those costs cannot be undone.
  • To request a refund before the build starts, email chase@sitesmithai.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.

2. Monthly Fee

  • The monthly fee is billed in advance and is not refunded once the month has started.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.

3. Cancellation

Service is month to month with no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Email chase@sitesmithai.com with the subject "Cancellation Request: [Your Company Name]." Service and billing continue through the 30-day notice period. When service ends, you keep the items listed in the Ownership section of our Terms of Service.

4. Billing Errors

If you are charged in error or charged twice, we refund the erroneous amount in full within 5 business days of the error being identified. Contact us at chase@sitesmithai.com right away if you believe a billing error has occurred.

5. Disputes

Please contact us directly before starting a dispute or chargeback. Email chase@sitesmithai.com and we will respond within 1 business day. Chargebacks should be a last resort and may pause service while they are resolved.
