Define the market
SiteSmith narrows the ideal accounts, buyer roles, industries, territory, and disqualifiers with the client before any volume enters the process. The output is a written target-account definition that research and sales both use.
SiteSmith builds a B2B outbound system in four parts: a target-account definition, dedicated sending infrastructure, operated campaigns, and a reply-routing and handoff process. The build protects sender reputation first, fits the market second, and leaves the client team with a documented way to run it.
The SiteSmith outbound system is built in a fixed order because each part protects the next. The target-account definition comes first, so research and sales use the same list of industries, company sizes, buyer roles, territory, and disqualifiers. Sending infrastructure comes second: dedicated domains and inboxes for one client only, with authentication, verification, suppression, and monitoring configured, and a warmup period before any campaign mail leaves. Campaigns come third, launched at a capped volume with contacts verified right before each send and delivery watched daily. Reply routing comes last and matters most: every reply is classified as interested, objection, referral, wrong contact, later, unsubscribe, or out of office, and the interested ones reach the client's owner within minutes with the original thread attached. The engagement runs in three phases, diagnose and build, launch and learn, and train and transition, and a 60-day review metric is agreed at kickoff.

SiteSmith provisions dedicated sending domains and inboxes for each client, never shared with another client or with SiteSmith's own campaigns, then configures authentication, verification, suppression, and monitoring. Sending identities warm before any campaign mail goes out.
SiteSmith writes the sequences, launches at a capped volume, watches delivery and replies daily, and revises the market, message, and list from evidence. Contacts are verified right before each send.
SiteSmith classifies every reply (interested, objection, referral, wrong contact, later, unsubscribe, out of office), alerts the client's owner, and passes the original context so the client team can respond within minutes rather than days.
A SiteSmith engagement runs in three phases. Each phase ends with something the client can inspect.
The engagement opens with a fit review of the offer, target market, and reply capacity. SiteSmith then writes the target-account definition, provisions the sending domains and inboxes, drafts the campaign copy for client approval, and sets up reply routing into the client's CRM. Warmup runs during this phase, so no campaign mail is sent yet.
Campaigns start at a capped daily volume. The client sees the same dashboard SiteSmith watches: delivery, bounces, replies by type, and the conversations routed to their team. A 60-day review metric is agreed at kickoff and read at the review, not renegotiated afterward.
SiteSmith runs three one-hour training sessions and a 30-day transition with weekly working sessions, so the client's team can operate reply handling and handoff on its own. The sending domains and delivered copy belong to the client.
SiteSmith does not sell a spreadsheet as a pipeline, does not call a draft workflow proof that a machine is running, and does not promise revenue without evidence. SiteSmith does not sell standalone lead lists; the list is one input to a machine that has to be run.
The fit call answers one question: are your offer, market, and sales capacity ready for a repeatable outbound system? SiteSmith says no when the conditions are not there.
